Less than a week to go before the arrival is here. No — I don’t speak of the baby. We’re only half way to that blessed event and besides the nursery isn’t completed, all kinds of baby items to purchase, and I need the 4-5 months of extra sleep. The new arrival is our puppy, Sierra and you can see more about her homecoming in the Dog-House area of the blog.
In the meantime, here’s a couple of pictures from Devil’s Thumb Ranch, a place we visit during the winter that offers snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and wonderful cabins to stay in. If you have the time and enjoy the tranquility and peace of this kind of getaway, I definitely recommend it.
